The lot and UID match an active HERBARAS record. Review its check status and compare the product details with your individual pack.

The code has been checked before.

The UID matches a record that was checked before. If that check was not yours, or the product details differ, contact support before use.

Take a closer look.

Recheck your lot and all 10 UID characters. Completed or deleted batches are no longer available. If the details differ, contact support. A service error means the result could not be confirmed.
